Your care begins the moment you first make contact with us where you’ll be greeted by friendly, welcoming staff committed to making your experience as comfortable and low-stress as possible. We ask our patients to register with us and provide us with a health history through our secure online patient portal. This allows your initial visit with us to be paperwork-free so we can get right to the business of assessing your medical needs and creating a treatment plan.
Once you have registered, this patient portal will continue to serve as a convenient and easy way to access to your health records, as well as a variety of resources including access to a support network, 24 hours a day. More than anything, the patient portal allows you to manage your healthcare and this participation has been shown to improve the quality of a patient’s life as they go through treatment.
